About The Owner
Karen Paul is an ICU nurse with a strong dedication to both patient care and education. Before entering the nursing profession, Karen worked as a school teacher, which gave her a unique foundation in communication and teaching. That experience allows Karen to break down complex medical concepts into clear, practical lessons that help her students feel confident and prepared.
Throughout her nursing career, Karen have witnessed firsthand how critical early intervention, and high-quality CPR can be in saving lives. Those experiences have fueled her passion for teaching Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). her goal is not only to provide certification but to ensure that every participant leaves training with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond effectively in real emergencies.
Karen believes that learning CPR is more than checking a box for compliance—it is about empowering individuals to act in moments that matter most. By combining hands-on practice with approachable, learner-friendly instruction, Karen strive to create an environment where participants feel supported, encouraged, and capable of becoming true lifesavers.
Through this program, Karen looks forward to equipping healthcare professionals and community members alike with the tools to make a difference when seconds count. Together, we can strengthen our communities by building a network of prepared and confident responders.
